'Untitled' robotic book on a golden plinth. The book would ask the viewer to come closer (depending on the proximity of the viewer) and it would tell the viewer to open its cover. Once open it would say flattering things to the viewer causing the viewer to develop an attachment to the object.
Hollows & Hairdryers featured interactive beauty salon chairs which held narrated stories of my birth, tales of how the town I grew up in used to be, and the stories of my great grandfathers work timbering as a boy. These stories were narrated by my grandmother. Click here to see the video titled 'grace' which is about a infamous character in the small town of Lester WV.
The center chiar had an interactive arm which allowed the viewer to move an avatar north, south, east, and west to launch various animated videos in accordance with those choices. Around the gallery were videos about assimilation, metamorphasis, and anxiety.
